I’m not sure if I’m strong enough to start.
I’m too old to improve now.
I’ve tried before and didn’t see results.

(These testimonials are from real clients who’ve worked directly with me and our team at MOSS Rehabilitation Center.)
"I had difficulty walking after breaking both hips and balance was an issue. I felt like there was no answer to my problem. When I started therapy I was walking with a walker but after being in therapy I got rid of the walker. My future is brighter since coming to MOSS."
“I suffered from vertigo and had lost much of my balance. Even standing up made me dizzy. After working with the MOSS team, I can now walk without dizziness and feel confident again. I can finally move without fear!”
“Fear of falling has always been part of my life, but MOSS helped me rebuild my strength and confidence. Now I can climb stairs and walk on uneven ground again. The personal strength training made all the difference.”
